About Bodrum

odrum: the sun shines differently here. Every season brings its own special and unique gifts. All it takes to truly enjoy the magic of this place is to get away from the obvious and the trivial and experience the beauty that still exists.

We have made it our mission to help discerning travellers to do just that.

Bodrum Harbour and CastleBodrum; the prettiest town in South-Western Turkey, where the Aegean Sea embraces the Mediterranean. A town perfectly at ease with itself, presenting a serene and unruffled face by day, pedestrian alleys with shops and cafés, a colourful bazaar, quiet back streets, yet offering at night the excitement of its bar and club scene and countless restaurants.

The whole Peninsula is dotted with smaller villages and residential areas and lovely beaches where you can escape for the day. Alternatively, you can hire a small boat with a few friends to discover more hidden coves.

This is a country steeped in history, where you may stumble across ancient stones and fragments calling out from the past. Here you may walk through cooling olive groves and orchards, along dusty tracks beneath crumbling windmills and old water reservoirs, all testimony to the cheerful industry of these friendly and welcoming people. You may encounter a lonely shepherd and his flock quietly grazing on a sun-drenched hillside or you may sit with the fishermen selling their early morning catch, repairing nets and feeding cats in the rising sun.
